In the winter of 2004/2005, Anthony and Frank Longhitano became the new owners and re-named the facility Banner Country Club. Anthony and Frank are real estate developers from New Rochelle, NY and are well on their way to creating a magnificent residential community. The property will include condominiums and home sites, and will feature numerous amenities typically found in upscale living developments.

Increased turf quality, expanded tee boxes, and paved cart paths are already evident on numerous holes. In addition to the continuation of these initiatives, major drainage and irrigation projects are planned for the entire golf course.
